Hexarelin (HEX) is een peptide GH-secretagoog, structureel vergelijkbaar met GHRP-6, in de groeifactorfamilie die de afgifte van groeihormoon stimuleert (GH). It can be used medically to treat GH deficiency.

Hexarelin is another hexapeptide like GHRP-6.For starters Hexarelin is not your average GHRP. The structure of the amino acid is that of a hexapeptide known to help promote the release of growth hormone (GH). Hexarelin has the ability to act both on the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus. It is known to give the largest release of GH than any other GHRP.
